 2) A-1 & P-1: FAIR HOUSING ACT COMPLIANCE: TWO CITY
 PLAZA IS A MULTI-STORY CONDOMINIUM BUILDING THAT WERE
 DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR
 HOUSING ACT DESIGN GUIDELINES. REFER TO PAGE 7 OF THE
 MANUAL WHICH REQUIRES THE GROUND FLOOR LEVEL OF UNIT
 101 TO IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES.
 A) THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF RECORD SHALL INDICATE ON
 THE PLANS WHICH OF THE TWO BATHROOM TYPES IS THE BASIS
 OF DESIGN- SPECIFICATION TYPE A OR B ON THE PLANS.
 PLEASE REFER TO PAGES 7.34- 7.39 OF THE DESIGN MANUAL
 FOR EXPLANATORY INFORMATION ON SPECIFICATION A & B AND
 SHOW COMPLIANCE.
 2) REFER TO CHAPTER 7 (REQUIREMENT 7 USABLE KITCHENS &
 USABLE BATHROOMS) AND PROVIDE ENLARGED, DIMENSIONED
 KITCHEN AND BATHROOM DRAWINGS AND DETAILS. THE PLANS
 SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SECTIONS LISTED BELOW-
 PAGES 7.1- 7.6 CLEAR FLOOR SPACES FOR SINKS AND
 APPLIANCES
 PAGES 7.7- 7.11 CLEARANCES BETWEEN KITCHEN COUNTERS AND
 ALL OPPOSING ELEMENTS.
 PAGES 7.12- 7.16 REMOVABLE SINK AND APPLIANCE CABINET
 DOORS INCLUDING KNEE SPACES.
