 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 CONSIDERATION FOR UPGRADING THE GUARDHOUSE FOR
 ACCESSIBILITY.
 2020 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION:
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST 202.4.1. PLEASE REVIEW HOW YOU
 ARE TO MEET DISPROPORTIONATE COST. EITHER THE
 CONTRACTOR OR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD ON THEIR
 LETTERHEAD NEED TO SHOW HOW THEY ARE GOING TO SPEND UP
 TO THE 20% DISPROPORTIONATE FUNDS LISTED FOR EACH
 ELEMENT WHERE THE FUNDS ARE BEING SPENT AND IN THE
 ORDER LISTED IN SECTION 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.
  
 7) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS.
 PLEASE IDENTIFY IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE
 SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION
 TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH
 GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT,
 SILL HEIGTH, TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF
 UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED,
 ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING
 SIZE. 2020 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND
 DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED
 MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE
 CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN
 THE TESTS.
  
 8A) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE, THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE AND DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING
 SYSTEM, MATERIALS, VENTING, FASTENING REQUIREMENTS,
 FLASHING REQUIREMENTS AND WIND RESISTANCE RATING THAT
 ARE REQUIRED TO BE INSTALLED. PRODUCT EVALUATION AND
 INSTALLATION SHALL INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND
 CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR THE SPECIFIC SITE.
  
 8B) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR CONCRETE OR CLAY TILE
 ROOFING THE 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION 1507.3.8
 RECOGNIZES 6TH EDITION OF THE FRSA FLORIDA HIGH WIND
 CONCRETE AND CLAY TILE MANUAL AND REQUIREMENTS WITHIN,
 INCLUDING UNDERLAYMENT REQUIREMENTS, FLASHINGS, BATTEN
 INSTALLATION, RIDGE AND HIP ATTACHMENT METHODS
 MECHANICAL, ADHESIVE SET OR MORTAR SET ATTACHMENT
 METHODS.
  
 9) DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR LOADING FOR THE TRUSSES,
 UPLIFT LOADS, PARALLEL LOADS NOR GRAVITY LOADS.
  
 10A) 2ND REQUEST. SHEET A-7 WALL DETAIL 1 INDICATES THE
 USE OF SPRAY FOAM INSULATION W/ FIRE BARRIER ABOVE THE
 CEILING. PLEASE PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURES REPORT (ICC ER
 OR ERS REPORT) WITH LIMITATIONS. NOTE PLEASE CIRCLE
 WHICH SYSTEM WILL BE USED IN THE SPRAY FOAM
 INSTALLATION.
  
 10B) 2ND REQUEST. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE REQUIREMENT IN
 THE 2020 FBC-B FOR AN IGNITION BARRIER IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 2603.4.1.6.
  
 11) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
