 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-2 THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT APPEAR TO TAKE
 INTO CONSIDERATION FOR UPGRADING THE GUARDHOUSE FOR
 ACCESSIBILITY.
 2020 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION:
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST 202.4.1. PLEASE REVIEW HOW YOU
 ARE TO MEET DISPROPORTIONATE COST. EITHER THE
 CONTRACTOR OR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD ON THEIR
 LETTERHEAD NEED TO SHOW HOW THEY ARE GOING TO SPEND UP
 TO THE 20% DISPROPORTIONATE FUNDS LISTED FOR EACH
 ELEMENT WHERE THE FUNDS ARE BEING SPENT AND IN THE
 ORDER LISTED IN SECTION 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST
 OF THE 2020 ACCESSIBILITY CODE. $265,000.00 X 0.20 =
 $53,000.00 DOLLARS.
  
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY. WHEN THE COST OF THE ALTERATIONS
 NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED
 AREAS FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST
 OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION, THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE
 MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE
 ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING DISPROPORTIONATE COST. IN
 CHOOSING WHICH ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE
 GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST
 ACCESS, IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER: (I) AN ACCESSIBLE
 ENTRANCE; (II) AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA;
 (III) AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR
 A SINGLE UNISEX RESTROOM; (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES:
 (V) ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND (VI) WHEN
 POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS
 PARKING, STORAGE, AND ALARMS.
  
 1A) THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE WHICH ENTRANCE
 WILL SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE2020
 FBC-ACCESS. CODE CHANGES IN LEVEL 303.2 AND 303.3.
 WHERE CHANGES IN LEVEL ARE PERMITTED IN THE FLOOR OR
 GROUND SURFACES, THEY SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 303.
 SEE 303.1 & 303.2.
  
 1B) THE FLOOR PLAN WILL NEED TO SHOW HOW THE BATHROOM
 WILL MEET COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 CHAPTER 6 FOR SECTIONS 603-609.
  
 1C) THE EMPLOYEES BREAK ROOM AND COMPLIANCE WITH 606
 LAVATORIES AND SINKS> 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 SECTION 606.3 HEIGHT. LAVATORIES AND SINKS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE FRONT OF THE HIGHER OF THE RIM OR
 COUNTER SURFACE 34 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 1D) 606.2 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE
 COMPLYING WITH 305, POSITIONED FOR A FORWARD APPROACH,
 AND KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCE COMPLYING WITH 306 SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, SEE EXCEPTIONS ALSO, BUT SHOW THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE ON THE FLOOR PLAN.
  
 1E) GUARD HOUSE NOTE D EXISTING CABINETS TO REMAIN NEW
 COUNTER TOPS. 902.1. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.2 AND 902.3. ADVISORY 902.1
 GENERAL. WORK AREA EXAMPLES OF WORK SURFACES INCLUDE
 WRITING SURFACES, STUDY CARRELS, STUDENT LABORATORY
 STATIONS, AND OTHER TABLES OR FIXTURES FOR PERSONAL
 GROOMING, COUPON COUNTERS, AND WHERE COVERED BY THE ADA
 SCOPING PROVISIONS, EMPLOYEE WORKSTATIONS.
  
 2) SHEET S-3 THE LOAD SCHEDULE UNDER THE HEADING OF
 WIND HAS THE ROOF SLOPE LISTED AT 7:12. SHEETS A-3 &

 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, SILL HEIGTH, TYPE
 OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR
 REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND
 ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B
 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 8A) 107.2.1.2 FOR ROOF ASSEMBLIES REQUIRED BY THE CODE,
 THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL ILLUSTRATE, DESCRIBE
 AND DELINEATE THE TYPE OF ROOFING SYSTEM, MATERIALS,
 VENTING, FASTENING REQUIREMENTS, FLASHING REQUIREMENTS
 AND WIND RESISTANCE RATING THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 INSTALLED. PRODUCT EVALUATION AND INSTALLATION SHALL
 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE WIND CRITERIA REQUIRED FOR
 THE SPECIFIC SITE.
  
 8B) FOR CONCRETE OR CLAY TILE ROOFING THE 2020
 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION 1507.3.8 RECOGNIZES 6TH
 EDITION OF THE FRSA FLORIDA HIGH WIND CONCRETE AND CLAY
 TILE MANUAL AND REQUIREMENTS WITHIN, INCLUDING
 UNDERLAYMENT REQUIREMENTS, FLASHINGS, BATTEN
 INSTALLATION, RIDGE AND HIP ATTACHMENT METHODS
 MECHANICAL, ADHESIVE SET OR MORTAR SET ATTACHMENT
 METHODS.
  
 9) THIS REVIEW CYCLE, NO TRUSS PACKAGE WAS SUBMITTED OR
 LAYOUT SHEET WITH LOADING FOR THE TRUSSES, UPLIFT
 LOADS, PARALLEL LOADS NOR GRAVITY LOADS. UNABLE TO
 VERIFY THE TRUSS CONNECTOR SCHEDULE WITHOUT THE TRUSS
 PACKAGE. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 10A) SHEET A-7 WALL DETAIL 1 INDICATES THE USE OF SPRAY
 FOAM INSULATION W/ FIRE BARRIER ABOVE THE CEILING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE MANUFACTURES REPORT (ICC ER OR ERS
 REPORT) WITH LIMITATIONS. NOTE PLEASE CIRCLE WHICH
 SYSTEM WILL BE USED IN THE SPRAY FOAM INSTALLATION.

 FBC-B FOR AN IGNITION BARRIER IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 SECTION 2603.4.1.6.

 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
