 NOTE:
 ADDITION SEC. 606 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 1101.1
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 NOTE:

 1- THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE STRUCTURES IN THIS PROPERTY.
 A PERMIT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH STRUCTURE.
 PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 SEPARATE GARAGE/GUEST SUITE BUILDING. SAME PLANS CAN BE
 USED. SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS HELP TO COORDINATE
 INSPECTIONS FOR EACH BUILDING AND TO FACILITATE RECORDS

 PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING: R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SEC. 107.2.5 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 GRADE ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER AWAY FROM
 ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 3- GARAGE CONVERSION. ENTRY DOOR DOESN'T COMPLY WITH
 THE MIN. CLEAR WIDTH OF 32" AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R311.2

 AND WINDOWS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R609.7.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SPECIFY STRUCTURAL BUCK SIZE AND
 FASTENING.
 NOTE: STRUCTURAL BUCK NEEDS TO PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO
 THE DOOR/WINDOW FRAME AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R609.7.2.1

 6- SHEET S.2:
 A)REVISE ROOF PLAN NOTE #1: REVISE PLYWOOD ROOF
 SHEATHING NAILING SPACING. ROOF SHEATHING NEEDS TO BE
 NAILED WITH RING SHANK NAILS AT 4 INCHES O.C. IN THE
 FIELD AND EDGES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R803.2.3.1 AND
 TABLE R803.2.3.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: REVISE ALL NOTES REFERENCING THE ROOF SHEATHING
 THICKNESS AND NAIL SIZE/ SPACING SHOWN ON DRAWINGS
 SUBMITTED TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.

 WHILE PAGE 2 SHOWS A ROTATION OF 270 DEGREES. ENERGY
 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SITE SPECIFIC AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R405.4.2.1 (4) FBC- ENERGY CONSERVATION. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
