 CLEARLY SHOW THAT THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF THE FENCE/WALL
 SHALL NOT EXCEED 6 FT. IN HEIGHT ALONG THE SIDE AND
 REAR PROPERTY LINES. ADDITIONALLY, THE HEIGHT OF THE
 WALL/FENCE SHALL NOT EXCEED 4 FT. IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE
 AREA OF THE FIRST 25 FT. FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE.

 EASEMENT LONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE. EASEMENT CONSENT
 IS REQUIRED FROM THE FOLLOWING UTILITY PROVIDERS: CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH, COMCAST, AT&T, FPU AND FPL.
