 1.) APPROVAL OF MASTER PERMIT #21081320 REQUIRED PRIOR
 TO THE APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 2.) THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA OF ALL ROOFED ACCESSORY
 BUILDINGS ON A PROPERTY SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF
 THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE WITH A
 MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET. THE PROPOSED
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURE EXCEEDS THIS MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE
 BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE. [ZLDR S.94-304(B)(1)]
  
 3.) SHOW DIMENSION ILLUSTRATING THE DISTANCE SEPARATION
 BETWEEN THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AND THE PRIMARY
 RESIDENCE TO DEMONSTRATE THAT IT MEETS THE MINIMUM 6
 FT. DISTANCE SEPARATION REQUIREMENT BETWEEN STRUCTURES.

 4.) OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING (FROM GRADE TO THE
 TALLEST POINT OF THE STRUCTURE) CANNOT EXCEED 27.5 FT.
 TOTAL. THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS THAT ARE PERMITTED THE
 10% HEIGHT EXCEPTION ABOVE THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE
 BUILDING HEIGHT OF 25 FT. EXCEEDS THE LIMITATION. [ZLD
 S.94-305(B.)(4) AND S.94-306]
  
 5.) MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT ENCROACH MORE THAN 4
 FT. INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK. THERE IS AN A/C COMPRESSOR
 UNIT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE
 ILLUSTRATED IN THE FLOOR PLAN BUT NOT IN THE SITE PLAN.
 PLANS MUST MATCH FOR CONSISTENCY. ALSO, THE DIMENSION
 OF THE COMPRESSOR PAD TO THE PROPERTY LINE MUST BE
 PROVIDED TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENCY WITH THE
