 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) THERE SEEMS TO BE UTILITIES WITHIN THE PROPERTY
 LINES; HOWEVER, NO EASEMENTS ARE SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
 SURVEY MUST SHOW ALL UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN THE
 PROPERTY.
  
 2.) THE MAXIMUM BUILDING HEIGHT CANNOT EXCEED 30 FT.
 FROM GRADE. THE STRUCTURE EXCEEDS THE REQUIRED HEIGHT
 LIMITATION. [ZLDR S.94-72(A)(2)]
  
 3.) HEIGHT OF NEW WALL/FENCE/GATE(S) SHALL BE PROVIDED
 IN THE SITE PLAN. THE HEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
 STANDARDS PROVIDED IN ZLDR S.94-302(B).
  
 4.) SETBACK DISTANCE (FROM THE PROPERTY LINE(S)) SHALL
 BE PROVIDED FOR THE FOLLOWING: POOL EQUIPMENT AND A/C
 PAD, PROPOSED WALK (EAST SIDE OF RESIDENCE).
  
 5.) PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION ON THE "SPORT COURT"
 ILLUSTRATED ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF THE PROPOSED
 RESIDENCE. SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE PROPERTY LINE(S)
 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE SITE PLAN.
  
 6.) A CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY IS PERMITTED; HOWEVER, EACH
 DRIVEWAY OPENING SHALL NOT EXCEED 10 FT. IN WIDTH.
 PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE.

 7.) A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED AND
 APPROVED PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 8.) THERE SHALL BE AT LEAST 1,000 SQ. FT. OF LANDSCAPED
 AREA WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT YARD OF THE PROPERTY
 (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. FROM THE NORTH PROPERTY).
 PLEASE PROVIDE FRONT YARD CALCULATIONS TO DEMONSTRATE
