 1) THE CITY CODE REQUIRES THAT POLES SHALL BE LOCATED
 SO AS TO ALIGN WITH EXISTING POLES IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 AND HAVE EQUAL SETBACK DISTANCES WITH EXISTING POLES
 FROM THE CURBLINE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE PROPOSED
 POLE IS NOT SHOWN IN LINE WITH THE EXISTING POWER POLES
 ALONG OKEECHOBEE ROAD. THE EXISTING POLES ARE LOCATED
 ADJACENT TO THE SIDEWALK. PLEASE ADJUST THE PROPOSED
 POLE LOCATION ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2) THE SURVEY SHOWS A 36-FOOT TALL UTILITY POLE ACROSS
 THE STREET FROM THE PROPOSED LOCATION TO SET THE
 FACILITY HEIGHT. THE 33-FOOT HEIGHT OF THE WIRELESS
 FACILITY SHOWN ON SHEET 8 MEETS THE CITY HEIGHT
 ALLOWANCE. THERE ARE OTHER SHEETS THAT CALL OUT A
 25-FOOT HEIGHT. ALL SHEETS NEED TO REFLECT THAT THE
 WIRELESS FACILITY IS 33 FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 3) THE PALM BEACH COUNTY ENGINEERING DETAILS NEED TO BE
 CHANGED TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ENGINEERING
 DETAILS.
  
 4) THE POLE STYLE AND HEIGHT (AT 33 FEET) MEET CITY
 REQUIREMENTS. THE POLE COLOR AT THIS LOCATION SHALL BE
 RAL/RAYCAP 7042 TRAFFIC GREY A, OR EQUIVALENT.
