 (OWNERS). CHANGED CONTRACTOR TO T.B.D. CONTRACTOR WILL
 SUBMIT PERMIT APPLICATION. ALSO, THEY AGREED TO SUBMIT
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE GARAGE CONVERSION.

 NOTE:
 SEC. 603 AND SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- COVER SHEET (CVR):
 A) BASED ON AERIAL VIEW OF THE PROPERTY APPRAISER
 WEBSITE THE FACILITY DESCRIPTION SPECIFIED ON COVER
 SHEET IS INCORRECT. THERE IS NOT HIP ROOF AND THE ROOF
 MATERIAL IS NOT ASPHALT SHINGLES. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO
 MATCH ACTUAL BUILDING DESCRIPTION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) REVISE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING INFORMATION TO MATCH
 ACTUAL CONDITIONS. ROOF HEIGHT, ROOF GEOMETRIC AND ROOF
 SLOPE ARE INCORRECT. THIS IS A TWO STORY BUILDING.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH ACTUAL BUILDING
 DESCRIPTION. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) AREA CALCULATIONS ARE INCORRECT. PROVIDE BUILDING
 DIMENSIONS AND REVISE AREA CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED.
