 2) SPECIFY THE LOCATIONS AND HEIGHTS OF THE PARAPET

 COMPLIANCE ON THE ROOF PLAN.

 PSF ARE TOO LOW AND CAN NOT BE INCREASED BY ENHANCED
 FASTENING PER LIMITATION #9.] THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR
 THE MULE-HIDE TPO ROOF SYSTEM HAS SEVERAL DIFFERENT
 ASSEMBLIES WITH DIFFERENT FASTENINGS AND DESIGN
 PRESSURES. PLEASE CIRCLE OR HI-LITE THE ONE THAT
 APPLIES TO THIS PROJECT. FBC AMEND. 107.2.1
 7) [SELECT THE FASTENING OPTION FOR THE APPROVED
 ASSEMBLY ON PAGE 6 AND SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED
 ENHANCED FASTENING CALCULATIONS AS SPECIFIED IN
 LIMITATION #7 ON PAGE 7 OF THE NOA.] THE MAXIMUM DESIGN
 PRESSURES ARE NOT ADEQUATE FOR THE PERIMETER AND CORNER
 AREAS. CHOOSE ONE THAT ALLOWS ENHANCED FASTENING AND
 SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED ENHANCED FASTENING
 CALCULATIONS FROM AN ENGINEER. ARCHITECT OR REGISTERED
 ROOFING CONSULTANT. SEE LIMITATION #7 ON PAGE 7 OF NOA
 NO.18-0109.09.
 8) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
 CITY RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
 9) SOME DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED WITH THE ADDRESS OF
 3012 BROADWAY. THIS PERMIT IS FOR 3008 BROADWAY. SUBMIT
 ONLY DOCUMENTS THAT APPLY TO THIS PERMIT.
