 THERE WAS A MISTAKE WHEN UPLOADING DRAWINGS TO
 PROJECTDOX. DRAWING S-2 WAS UPLOADED AND VERSIONED WITH
 FOUNDATION DRAWING S-1. NEED TO UPLOAD DRAWING DRAWING
 S-1 AGAIN AND VERSIONED WITH CORRECT FILE.

 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: PROPOSED ADDITIONS ARE TO CLOSE TO THE NEIGHBOR
 ON THE EAST SIDE. DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW THE EXISTING
 AND PROPOSED GRADE ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER
 AWAY FROM ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 RESPONSE:
 DRAINAGE PLAN ON SHEET DR-1 NOW SHOWS THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION WITH A FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION OF 12.44" FOR
 THE 2 STORY ADDITION AND 12' FOR THE GARAGE ADDITION.
 DRAINAGE PLAN DOESN'T SHOW THE PROPOSED GRADE
 ELEVATIONS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THESE TWO ADDITIONS.
 DRAINAGE PLAN ONLY SHOWS AN EXISTING 10.84 GRADE
 ELEVATION WHERE THE PROPOSED 2 STORY ADDITION IS GOING
 TO BE BUILT. THERE IS A CONCERN FOR DRAINAGE IN THE
 NARROW AREA BETWEEN THE NEW BUILDINGS AND THE 5'-1"
 SETBACK BECAUSE OF THE ADDITION PROPOSED FINISHED FLOOR
 ELEVATION.
 DRAINAGE PLAN SPECIFIES A RETAINING WALL ON THE EAST
 SIDE UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. NOTE: CLEARLY INDICATE ON
 PLAN THE EXTEND OF RETAINING WALL AND PROVIDE
 STRUCTURAL DETAIL OF WALL. HOW IS THE STACKED BLOCK
 REINFORCED TO STAY IN PLACE. SEC. R301.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. ALSO, PROVIDE SECTION/DETAIL AND
 SPECIFICATIONS WITH GRADE ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW
 DIVERTING SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM THE FOUNDATION (SEC.
 R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL).
 NOTE: SINCE THE PROPOSED RETAINING WALL AFFECTS THE
 FOUNDATION WORK, THEN THE RETAINING WALL PERMIT NEEDS
 TO BE COORDINATED WITH THIS PERMIT TO AVOID
