 NOTE:
 SEC. 606 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 1101.1
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS,
 COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- PROVIDE COMPLETE SITE PLAN DRAWN IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 AN ACCURATE AND INCLUDED BOUNDARY LINE SURVEY SHOWING
 THE LOCATION AND SETBACKS OF PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION.
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- LOT DRAINAGE
 PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING: R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. SEC. 107.2.5 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 NOTE: DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 GRADE ELEVATIONS SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER AWAY FROM
 ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 3- ROOF TILE NOA SUBMITTED. CLEARLY MARK TILE FASTENING
 METHOD AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING
 PERMITS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES
 OF SEC. R3012.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A)ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF MARKED IN THE ROOF TILE NOA.
 SEE ROOF TILE NOA SUBMITTED FOR LISTED ADHESIVES. AND
 CLEARLY MARK PADDY SIZE AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR
 ALL ROOFING PERMITS.
  
 B) ROOF TILE UNDERLAYMENT. CLEARLY MARK WHICH
 UNDERLAYMENT IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 5-ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
