 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) PLEASE NOTE SHEET A-2 PROVIDES THE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA BUT NOT THE PRESSURES, PLEASE PROVIDE IN VASD.
 2020 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA. DESIGN WIND
 PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING MATERIALS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
 DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.
  
 2) IN THE DOCUMENT FOLDER THERE IS A 48-PAGE DOCUMENT
 OF PRODUCT APPROVALS WINDOWS AND DOORS. THE SUB-SYSTEM
 IS IDENTIFIED BUT NOTHING ELSE. IDENTIFY GLAZING/
 MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY IN THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE
 SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS
 WITH GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH &
 HEIGHT, SILL HEIGTH, TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE,
 LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF
 REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH
 OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION.
 WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND
 SPACING SHALL BE PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND
 SHALL BE CALCULATED BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING
 USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 3) SHEET A-5 REFERENCED BATHROOM DETAILS. THE SHEET IS
 MISSING ALL OF THE DETAILS FOR AN ACCESSIBLE SHOWER.
 SEE IN THE 2020 ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTIONS 608, 609 &
 610 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS FOR ACCESSIBILITY.
  
 4) 2020 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 467.2.3.21.3.
 ALL SHOWERS IN BATHING ROOMS CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO THE
 RESIDENT ROOMS SHALL BE DESIGNED SO THAT A SHOWER CHAIR
 CAN BE EASILY ROLLED IN AND OUT OF THE SHOWER AREA.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 PLEASE NOTE WITH THE LACK OF INFORMATION FOR THIS
 REVIEW, SUBSEQUENT REMARKS MAYBE MADE IN THE NEXT
