 D. THERE IS NO ISOMETRIC FOR THE CONDENSATE LINES WITH
 A P-TRAP AND UNDER 2020 FBC M307.2.4 AND P1002.1. EACH
 TRAP SHALL BE VENTED TO PERMIT THE ADMISSION OR
 EMISSION OF AIR SO THAT THE SEAL OF ANY FIXTURE TRAP
 SHALL NOT BE SUBJECTED TO A PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL OF
 MORE THAN 1 INCH OF WATER COLUMN PER THE 2020 FBC
 SECTION 901.2 TRAP SEAL PROTECTION. THE CONDENSATE LINE
 SHOULD SHOW A VENT TERMINATION AND LOCATION, AND THEY
 CANNOT TERMINATE IN A WALL AS IT HAS NO NEGATIVE OR
 POSITIVE PRESSURE TO HAVE A DIFFERENTIAL OF ONE-INCH
 WATER COLUMN. WOULD YOU PLEASE PROVIDE DETAIL OF HOW
 THEY WILL BE VENTED PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC
 SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS. IF
 TERMINATION IN PLENUM, IT MUST BE CPVC THAT HAS THE
 REQUIRED SMOKE INDEX.
  
 E. CONDENSATE IS NOT PERMITTED TO DISCHARGE INTO THE
 CITY'S SANITARY SYSTEM PER CITY ORDINANCE CHAPTER 90,
 ARTICLE III, SEC.90-126 (B)(5). THEY SHALL DISPOSE OF
 IN A SAFE LOCATION OR A DRY WELL. IF A DRY WELL WILL BE
 USED, WOULD YOU PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE DRY WELL
 FOR THE CONDENSATE LINE PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE

 OR STACK PER THE 2020 FBC SEC. R 406.2 WASTE

 2020 FBC SEC. 910.1 INDIVIDUAL VENTS PERMITTED.
  
 C. THE ISOMETRIC DOES NOT SHOW VALVES TO SHUT OFF EACH
 UNIT IN SOME UNIT TYPE WITH THE CONNECTION IS UNCLEAR.
