 REORGANIZED. SUBMIT A COMPLETE SET OF THE REVISED
 LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR APPROVAL, AND REQUEST THE PERMIT
 LIBRARIAN TO DELETE ALL THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED
 SHEETS.
 SHEETS SUBMITTED ARE MISSING SOME PORTIONS OF THE
 APPROVED PLANS. SEE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS BELOW.
  
 3. SATISFIED.SUBMIT IRRIGATION PLANS WITH A SEPARATE
 IRRIGATION PERMIT, AND SUBMIT HARDSCAPE PLANS WITH THE
 MAIN BUILDING PERMIT. LIGHTING MAY REQUIRE A SEPARATE
 PERMIT ALSO. ONLY SUBMIT LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THIS
 PERMIT.
  
  
 4. SATISFIED.THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE APPROVED PUBLIC
 OPEN SPACE, A SEPARATE SHEET SHOWING THE PUBLIC OPEN
 SPACE MUST BE PROVIDED FOR REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE CODE REQUIREMENTS.THE APPROVED PLAN SHEET LP-1 FROM
 THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL MUST BE AMENDED. THERE IS
 CURRENTLY AN APPLICATION SUBMITTED THAT WOULD ADD A
 DROP OFF WITHIN THE PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AREA.
  
 5. SATISFIED.THE PRIVATE OPEN SPACE FOR THE 8TH FLOOR
 MUST BE SHOWN WITH THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE TO MEET THE
 CODE REQUIREMENT.
  
 6. SATISFIED.THERE ARE CONFLICTS WITH UNDERGROUND
 DRAINAGE LINES WITH THE ROYAL PALMS ALONG LAKEVIEW AND
 OKEECHOBEE THAT WERE NOT SHOWN ON THE APPROVED PLANS.
 THESE CONFLICTS MUST BE RESOLVED AND THE PLANS REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED BY FDOT.
  
 7. SATISFIED. THE APPROVED PLANS SHOW 9 ROYAL PALMS
 STREET TREES ALONG FLAGLER, AND THE SUBMITTED PLANS
 SHOW ONLY 8. CALCULATIONS FOR THE STREET TREES FOR EACH
 PROPERTY LINE SEGMENT NEED TO BE ADDED BACK TO THE
 PLANS TO SHOW REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
