 1) PROVIDE A SURVEY THAT IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD.
  
 2) ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL YOU HAVE
 SUBMITTED A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE: THAT PRIOR
 TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES OR PALMS, YOU
 MUST HAVE AN ISSUED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 3) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE EDGE OF THE
 CONDENSING UNIT PADS TO THE PROPERTY LINE. THIS
 DIMENSION MAY NOT BE LESS THAN THREE FEET SIX INCHES.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE BUILDING HEIGHT AS DEFINED BY THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS - BUILDING, HEIGHT OF, MEANS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE MEAN GRADE OF A LOT AT THE FRONTAGE
 OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE TOP OF THE
 STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF, OR TO THE DECK LINE OF A
 MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN EAVES
 AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS. THE PLANS
 PROVIDE THE HEIGHT BASED ON THE FINISHED FLOOR AND NOT
 THE FINISHED GRADE OF THE LOT.
  
 SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE REQUIRED FOR:
  
 A. DRIVEWAY/APPROACH
 B. IRRIGATION
 C. POOL, POOL EQUIPMENT, AND POOL DECK.
 D. FIRE PIT
 E. FENCES AND GATES
