 EXECUTIVE CENTER. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 BUILDING PERMIT, PROVIDE THE PLANNING DIVISION A COPY
 OF THE RECORDED CROSS ACCESS, PARKING, DRAINAGE, ETC
 AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS FOR THE AREA COVERED BY THE
 PLAT.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: THE DRY UTILITIES PLAN, WHILE
 SHOWING NO CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPE ISLANDS, DOES NOT
 MATCH THE DRY UTILITIES PLAN INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT
 FOR THE NEW BJS BUILDING (21091182). ADDITIONALLY, THE
 CONDUIT PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE DRY UTILITY PLAN
 SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT; HOWEVER, IT DOES MATCH THE
 CORRESPONDING SECTION ON THE DRY UTILIZES PLAN INCLUDED
 WITH PERMIT 21091182. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW CONSISTENT,
 ACCURATE, CODE COMPLIANT CONDITIONS.
  
 3) THE FOLLOWING SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE
 REQUIRED AND NOT REVIEWED/APPROVED AS PART OF THIS
 PERMIT:
  
 A. BJ'S SIGNAGE ON THE CANOPY, KIOSK, PUMPS AND THE
 GROUND MOUNTED DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
 B. SITE LIGHTING.
