 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE PROPERTY WAS RECENTLY SUBDIVIDED BY THE
 RECORDATION OF THE PLAT ENTITLED BRANDSMART EXECUTIVE
 CENTER. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS BUILDING
 PERMIT, PROVIDE THE PLANNING DIVISION A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED CROSS ACCESS, PARKING, DRAINAGE, ETC AND
 MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS FOR THE AREA COVERED BY THE
 PLAT.
  
 2) THE DRY UTILITIES PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE LATEST
 PLAN SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT,
 SPECIFICALLY THE ELECTRIC LINE TO THE AIR LOCATION.
 ADDITIONALLY, THE CONDUIT PLAN DOES NOT MATCH EITHER
 SET OF DRY UTILITY PLANS, THOUGH IT INCLUDES SOME
 ELEMENTS OF THE RECENT CIVIL PLANS. ALL PLANS MUST SHOW
 CONSISTENT ACCURATE CONDITIONS.
  
 3) THE FOLLOWING SEPARATE PERMITS, WITH PLANS, ARE
 REQUIRED AND NOT REVIEWED/APPROVED AS PART OF THIS
 PERMIT:
  
 A. BJ'S SIGNAGE ON THE CANOPY, KIOSK, PUMPS AND THE
 GROUND MOUNTED DIRECTIONAL SIGNS.
 B. SITE LIGHTING.
