 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND AN IRRIGATION PERMIT MUST
 BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 2) SUBMIT A CURRENT SURVEY, LESS THAT A YEAR OLD, OF
 THE PROPERTY. THE SITE PLAN DIMENSIONS SHALL MATCH THE
 SURVEY DIMENSIONS.
  
 3) THE LOT IS SHOWN WITH A CURVE AT THE CORNER OF
 GREGORY AND ARLINGTON. THE FRONT SETBACK FOLLOWS THE
 CURVE AS THE IT IS MEASURED FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO
 THE CLOSEST POINT TO THE HOUSE. THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
 THE HOUSE IS CLOSER THAN 25 FEET TO THE CURVED PORTION
 OF THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE BUILDING HEIGHT AS DEFINED BY THE
 CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS - BUILDING, HEIGHT OF, MEANS THE VERTICAL
 DISTANCE FROM THE MEAN GRADE OF A LOT AT THE FRONTAGE
 OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE TOP OF THE
 STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF, OR TO THE DECK LINE OF A
 MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN EAVES
 AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS. YOU HAVE
 ONLY PROVIDED THE HEIGHT FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR.
  
 5) ADDITIONAL SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS:
  
 A. POOL, INCLUDING POOL EQUIPMENT.
 B. DRIVEWAY, INCLUDING APPROACH.
