| SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND AN IRRIGATION PERMIT MUST |
| BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DIVISION. |

| 2) SUBMIT A CURRENT SURVEY, LESS THAT A YEAR OLD, OF |
| THE PROPERTY. THE SITE PLAN DIMENSIONS SHALL MATCH THE |

| DISTANCE FROM THE MEAN GRADE OF A LOT AT THE FRONTAGE |
| OF THE BUILDING TO THE HIGHEST POINT OF THE TOP OF THE |
| STRUCTURE OF A FLAT ROOF, OR TO THE DECK LINE OF A |
| MANSARD ROOF, OR TO THE MID-HEIGHT LEVEL BETWEEN EAVES |
| AND RIDGE FOR GABLE, HIP, AND GAMBREL ROOFS. YOU HAVE |
| ONLY PROVIDED THE HEIGHT FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR. |
