 REQUIREMENTS IN THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 1- REVISE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE: SHUTTER SPAN
 FOR OPENINGS 15 AND 16 IS 133". NEED TO REVISE THE
 ANCHOR SPACING. SEE PAGE 13 OF 17 OF SHUTTERS PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SUBMITTED.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE:
 MINIMUM EDGE DISTANCE SHOWN. CLEARLY SPECIFY IF THE
 EDGE DISTANCE SHOWN INCLUDES THE STUCCO THICKNESS OR
 NOT. THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IN THE FIELD THE ACTUAL
 EDGE DISTANCE NEED TO BE LARGER THAN THE ONE SHOWN ON
 THE SCHEDULE (TYPICALLY 1/2 MORE TO INCLUDE THE
 STUCCO).
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS OR
 PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACTS FOR BUILDING OFFICIAL
 CONSIDERATION.
