 NOTE:
 SEC. 605 AND SEC. 1001.2.1, SEC. 604 AND SEC. 901.2,
 SEC. 801.3 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. ALL NEW WORK SHALL
 COMPLY WITH THE MATERIALS AND METHODS REQUIREMENTS IN
 THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 GARAGE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 1- ACCORDING TO CITY RECORDS THERE ARE NO PERMITS FOR
 THE GARAGE CONVERSION TO LIVABLE AREA.
 THIS IS CONSIDERED A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. SEC. 605
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. NEED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE SETS OF
 PLANS SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROPOSED USE. SEC.
 1001.2.1 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING. SEC. 604 FBC-EXISTING
 BUILDING AND SEC. 801.3 EXISTING BUILDING.
  
 2- PLANS NEED TO PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE
 PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. PLANS NEED TO BE
 DRAWN TO SCALE, AND SHOWING ALL ROOMS DIMENSIONS.
 SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 NOTE: THERE ARE SEPARATE ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL AND
 PLUMBING PERMITS FOR THIS PROPERTY. A MAIN BUILDING
 PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE GARAGE CONVERSION, THEN ALL
 ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND MECHANICAL PERMITS SHALL BE
 CHANGED TO SUB-PERMITS TO AVOID MORE CONFLICTS AND
 DELAYS.
  
 3 MAIN HOUSE: PROVIDE COMPLETE SET OF PLANS SHOWING ALL
 THE SCOPE OF WORK. NEW KITCHEN LAYOUT, NEW LAUNDRY
 ROOM, BATHROOM ADDITION, NEW A/C CLOSET, ETC. PLANS
 NEED TO PROVIDE THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. PLANS NEED TO BE DRAWN TO
 SCALE, AND SHOWING ALL ROOMS DIMENSIONS. SEC. 107.2.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- NEED A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION FOR EACH
 STRUCTURE. ONE FOR THE MAIN HOUSE AND ONE FOR THE
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
 PLEASE SUBMIT A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION (AND
 SUB-PERMIT APPLICATIONS) FOR THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
 AND A SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION (AND SUB-PERMIT
 APPLICATIONS) FOR THE MAIN HOUSE.
 SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATIONS HELP TO COORDINATE
 INSPECTIONS FOR EACH BUILDING AND TO FACILITATE RECORDS
 KEEPING. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
