 1.) THE SEALCOAT AND RESTRIPE PERMIT INDICATE THE SCOPE
 OF WORK IS RESTRIPING WITH NO CHANGES: 61 STANDARD
 STALLS AT 10 FT. X 20 FT. AND 3 ADA PARKING STALLS AT
 12 FT. X 20 FT. PLEASE CLARIFY IF THE SCOPE OF WORK IS
 FOR THE ENTIRE SITE, AS THE PROPOSED NUMBER OF PARKING
 SPACES IN THE SCOPE OF WORK DOES NOT MATCH AND
 REPRESENTS A REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 FROM THE APPROVED PLANS ON FILE WITH THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT-PLANNING DIVISION. PLEASE NOTE THAT
 ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE APPROVED PLANS WILL REQUIRE AN
 AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (WHICH ALSO
 REQUIRES A SEPARATE PROCESS FROM THE PERMITTING
 PROCESS).
