 1) DOOR OUT SWING SHOWN IN THE CORRIDOR BETWEEN THE
 BUILDINGS ON DRAWINGS A1.1, A1.0, A1.0A AND A2.0
 APPEARS TO BLOCK EGRESS PER FBC 1005.7.1 DOORS.
 DOORS, WHEN FULLY OPENED, SHALL NOT REDUCE THE REQUIRED
 WIDTH BY MORE THAN 7 INCHES (178 MM). DOORS IN ANY
 POSITION SHALL NOT REDUCE THE REQUIRED WIDTH BY MORE
 THAN ONE-HALF.
  
 2) WALLS AROUND THE MOP SINK NEED TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 1210.2.2 WALLS AND PARTITIONS.
 WALLS AND PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF SERVICE
 SINKS, URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS
 THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR, AND EXCEPT FOR
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIALS USED IN SUCH WALLS
 SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY
 MOISTURE. (DRYWALL IS NOT CONSIDERED A HARD SURFACE)
