 AUGUST 25, 2021
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. A PAVING PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR AREAS OF
 PARKING CREATED ON THE SITE. THIS WILL REQUIRE ZONING,
 BUILDING AND ENGINEERING REVIEW, AND ANY LANDSCAPING
 REQUIRED FOR PARKING MUST BE PROVIDED ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN.
  
 2. PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS FOR THE MINIMUM REQUIRED
 SHADE TREES, FLOWERING TREES AND SHRUBS FOR THE SITE
 BASED ON 40% OPEN SPACE PER SECTION 94-442(C)(2)B.
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-443(B) PROVIDE THE 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER FOR THE WEST BUFFER, AND THE 10 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER ADJACENT TO THE PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE FOR THE
 PORTIONS OF THE NORTH AND SOUTH BUFFER THAT ARE NOT
 COVERED BY THE BUILDING AT ZERO SETBACK AND ADJACENT TO
 GEORGIA AVE. SHOW THE LENGTH OF ALL FOUR BUFFER
 SECTIONS AND SHOW THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED TREES FOR
 EACH 30 FEET OR PORTION THEREOF.
  
 4. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED SCREEN WALL OR FENCE PER
 SECTION 94-443(A)(1) ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE
 ADJACENT TO SINGLE FAMILY ZONING.
  
 5. TREES CANNOT BE SHEARED INTO SHAPES PER SECTION
 94-446(2), AND HEDGES ARE LIMITED TO 10 FEET IN HEIGHT.
 TREE HEDGES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
  
 6. PER SECTION 94-442(G) PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 50 POINTS
 FORM THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY DESIGN OPTIONS LIST.
  
 7. ADD COLUMNS FOR NATIVE AND DROUGHT TOLERANCE TO THE
 PLANT LIST.
  
 8. PROVIDE A SECTION IN A LANDSCAPE DATA CHART TO
 COMPLY WITH SECTION 94-445 L. PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM
 OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA
 NATIVE OR DROUGHT TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE
 CITY LIST OR THE LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT
 EDITION OF SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
 WATERWISE SOUTH FLORIDA LANDSCAPES. PROVIDE THE TOTAL
 PERCENTAGE OF NATIVE AND DROUGHT TOLERANT PLANTS BASED
 ON FINAL PLANT LIST.
 9. PER SECTION 94-443 (E)2., PROVIDE THE 20% FOUNDATION
 PLANTING CALCULATION REQUIRED AND PROVIDED FOR THE
 ENTIRE BUILDING.
  
 10. PROVIDE THE NUMBER AND PERCENTAGE OF SUBSTITUTION
 OF PALMS FOR REQUIRED TREES. SECTION 94-442(D) REQUIRES
 A 3:1 RATIO FOR SUBSTITUTION FOR PALMS EXCEPT THE
 LISTED 1:1 SPECIES.
  
 11. PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF UTILITY LINES INCLUDING WATER,
 SEWER AND DRAINAGE AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING.
