| I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND |
| PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS: |

| 1. A PAVING PERMIT MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR AREAS OF |
| PARKING CREATED ON THE SITE. THIS WILL REQUIRE ZONING, |
| BUILDING AND ENGINEERING REVIEW, AND ANY LANDSCAPING |
| REQUIRED FOR PARKING MUST BE PROVIDED ON THE LANDSCAPE |
| PLAN. |
