 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE (FRONT PAGES AND THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOW, DOOR AND
 ROOFING SYSTEM LISTED ON THE PLANS.
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A SOIL REPORT (GEOTECHNICAL REPORT).
 FBC 1803.1
 3) PLEASE SHOW RESTROOM WALL FINISH TO COMPLY WITH -
 FBC 1210.2.2 WALLS AND PARTITIONS.
 WALLS AND PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET (610 MM) OF SERVICE
 SINKS, URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH,
 HARD, NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS
 THAN 4 FEET (1219 MM) ABOVE THE FLOOR, AND EXCEPT FOR
 STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS, THE MATERIALS USED IN SUCH WALLS
 SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY
 MOISTURE. (DRYWALL IS NOT CONSIDERED A HARD SURFACE).
 4) DRAWINGS S1.1, S2.2 AND CV-B SHOW THE WIND SPEED
 USED FOR WIND DESIGN AS 168MPH - RISK CATEGORY II WIND
 SPEED SHOULD BE 170MPH PER FBC WPB SECTION 120.
 5) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE, EXISTING BUILDING DEMO, PARKING LOT, FUEL
 PUMPS AND FUEL PUMP CANOPIES - PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS.
 6) PLEASE SHOW THE SALES COUNTER HEIGHT TO COMPLY WITH
 FBC 904.4
 7) PLEASE SHOW THE GRAB BAR MAX. HEIGHT ABOVE THE
 FINISHED FLOOR TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPIONG SURFACE FBC
 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS.
 GRAB BARS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION,
 33 INCHES (840 MM) MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES (915 MM)
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR MEASURED TO THE TOP OF
 THE GRIPPING SURFACE,
 8) SURVEY PROVIDED SHOWS THE PROPERTY IN A FLOOD ZONE
 "X" - PALM BEACH COUNTY FLOOD MAP SHOWS THE PROPERTY IN
 FLOOD ZONE "X" AND "A" - PLEASE SHOW THE PROPOSED
 BUILDING ON THE SURVEY AND THE FLOOD ZONE DELENIATION
 LINES TO DETERMINE IF THE BUILDING IS IN THE FLOOD ZONE
