 STORY HIGHRISE, OCCUPANCY TYPE I-2. PLEASE REVIEW THE
 2020 FBC-B TABLE 504.4.
  
 2) SHEET S-2 WIND LOAD SHEET PROVIDED IS FOR BUILDINGS
 60 FEET IN HEIGHT OR LESS. PLEASE UPDATE THE WIND CODE
 ANALYSIS FOR A 13-STORY BUILDING. NEGATIVE PRESSURES
 ARE TAKEN FROM THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT. 2020 FBC-B

 4) W. P. B. 107.3.4. PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS
 WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE RULE
 61G20 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING (SHOP
 DRAWING STAMP OF APPROVAL) BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC.
  
 5)107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF
 THIS SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
  
 6) IDENTIFY GLAZING/ MULLIONS. PLEASE IDENTIFY IN THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL BEFORE SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF
 RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION TO THE BUILDING
 DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH GLAZING, PLEASE
 IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT, SILL HEIGTH, TYPE
 OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED OR
 REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND
 ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2020 FBC-B
 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
  
 7) SHEET S311 CEILING DETAILS. IT APPEARS THE CEILING
 IS TO BE HUNG FROM METAL TRACK AND METAL STUDS BUT
 THERE IS NO INFORMATION AS TO THE SIZE OF TRACK OR
 STUDS, THICKNESS, GAUGE OF TRACK & STUDS, SPACING OF
 ANY OF THE FRAMING MEMBERS, ANCHORING OF TRACK TO THE
 STRUCTURAL DECK ABOVE, OR THE AMOUNT OF ANCHORS AND
 SIZE FROM FRAMING MEMBER TO FRAMING MEMBER. 107.2.1.2.

 OF THE LINTEL, NOR HOW THE LINTEL IS TO BE ANCHORED AS
 PART OF THE MWFRS, MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM.
 107.2.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 9) SHEET A701 INTERIOR ELEVATIONS SHOWS MARBLE WAINSCOT
 ON SOME WALLS, OTHER WALLS THE MARBLE GOES FROM THE
 FLOOR TO THE CEILING. SHEET A821 SHOWS MARBLE CLADDING
 ABOVE THE WINDOW. THE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE HOW THE
 MARBLE VENEER IS TO BE ANCHORED TO THE INTERIOR WALL
 SUB-SURFACE. SECTION 1405.8 IS SLAB-TYPE VENEERS
 (EXTERIOR OF BUILDING), HOW DO YOU ANCHOR THE MARBLE
 VENEERS TO THE INTERIOR WALLS. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO
 SUPPORT THE MARBLE SLABS OVER WINDOWS? 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.

 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION,
 STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING
 SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE
 APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING
 PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE
 TOTAL REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
