 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE WIND LOAD CHART BY TARNOWSKI ENGINEERING STATES
 THE UNIT LOCATION IS A C EXPOSURE. DEPENDING ON THE
 UNIT LOCATION IN THE BUILDING IT MAYBE A C EXPOSURE OR
 D EXPOSURE. PLEASE SUBMIT THE BUILDING FOOT PRINT THE
 LOCATION OF THE UNIT AND IN CORRELATION WITH THE
 INTERCOASTAL WATERWAY TO DETERMINE THE EXPOSURE AND IF
 THE WORK IS TO OCCUR IN WALL ZONE 4 OR WALL ZONE 5 A
 END ZONE.
 2020 FBC-BUILDING CODE SECTION 1609.4.3. EXPOSURE
 CATEGORIES. EXPOSURE D SHALL APPLY WHERE THE GROUND
 SURFACE ROUGHNESS, AS DEFINED BY SURFACE ROUGHNESS D,
 PREVAILS IN THE UPWARD DIRECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF AT
 LEAST 5,000 FEET OR 20 TIMES THE HEIGHT OF THE
 BUILDING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. EXPOSURE SHALL ALSO
 APPLY WHERE THE GROUND SURFACE ROUGHNESS IMMEDIATELY
 UPWIND OF THE SITE IS B OR C , AND THE SITE IS WITHIN A
 DISTANCE OF 600 FEET OR 20 TIMES THE BUILDING HEIGHT,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER, FROM AN EXPOSURE D CONDITION AS
 DEFINED IN THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE.
  
 2) THE SUBMITTED LAYOUT PLAN NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH
 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. 107.3.4.3. THE CONTRACTOR
 (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DREW THE SET OF PLANS WILL
 NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF THE PLANS.
 PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND LICENSE
 NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND PLANS
 DRAWN.
