 NEED TO PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL PREPARED DRAINAGE PLAN
 (SIGNED AND SEALED) SHOWING THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 GRADE ELEVATIONS AND SHOWING HOW KEEPING WATER AWAY
 FROM ADJACENT PROPERTIES.

 RESPONSE TO INFORMATION SUBMITTED:
 A) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAIL AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED RETAINING WALL. SPECIFY
 FOOTING SIZE AND REINFORCEMENT (NOTE: FOOTING CAN NOT
 ENCROACH INTO NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY). SPECIFY WALL TYPE,
 SIZE AND VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT. CLEARLY SPECIFY LENGTH
 AND HEIGHT OF WALL. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS. SEC.
 R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) SUBMITTED INFORMATION IS MISSING THE DETAILS FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE CONCRETE PAD. PROVIDE COMPLETE
 DETAIL WITH FOOTING SIZE AND REINFORCEMENT. SEC.
