 1) PROVISO: PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF THE FIRST CERTIFICATE
 OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE BUILDING, YOU MUST SUBMIT TWO
 COPIES OF THE AS BUILT PLANS FOR THE SHEETS CITED IN
 RESOLUTION 13-19 TO CLOSE OUT THE MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
  
 2) PROVISO: ANY PERMITS THAT ARE NOT CLOSED WILL NEED
 TO INCLUDE THE MOST RECENT PLANS TO BE SUBMITTED AS
 PART OF A PERMIT REVISION TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY.
  
 3) UPDATED COMMENT: THE NORTH/SOUTH INSIDE DIMENSION OF
 LEVEL B2 (SHEET A1.1B1) HAS BEEN REDUCED BY
 APPROXIMATELY 20 INCHES WHEN COMPARED TO THE APPROVED
 FOUNDATION PERMIT AND THE LAST SET OF PLANS THAT STAFF
 REVIEWED AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT. THE DIMENSION LINES VERIFYING THE 24-FOOT
 DRIVE AISLE AND 18-FOOT PARKING SPACE DEPTH FOR THE
 ENTIRE GARAGE NEED TO BE INCLUDED ON THE PLAN SO THAT
 STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE SPACES AND AISLES STILL MEET
 CODE MINIMUMS.
  
 4) SHEET A1.100 SHOWS THE DIMENSION FROM THE AMENITY
 DECK TO THE EASTERN PROPERTY LINE AS 9 FEET 11.5
 INCHES. THE VARIANCE GRANTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 13-19
 REQUIRES A 10-FOOT SETBACK AT THIS LOCATION. IT APPEARS
 THAT THE PROPERTY LINE GETS CLOSER TO THE BUILDING AT
 THE INSIDE CORNER, WHICH CAUSES IT TO BE LESS THAN 10
 FEET (WHICH IS SHOWN ON SHEET A1.102 AT A FURTHER NORTH
 MEASURE POINT).
  
 5) THERE ARE DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN SHEETS A1.100 AND
 A1.101. EX. SITE LAYOUT AROUND GENERATOR AND MORE FPL
 TRANSFORMERS SHOWN ON SHEET 1.100. ADDITIONALLY, WHERE
 SHOWN, THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS DO NOT MATCH. ALL SHEETS
 MUST SHOW CONSISTENT, CODE COMPLIANT, ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 6) UPDATED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE UPDATED
 ELEVATION DRAWINGS. PLEASE SEE THE ITEMS LISTED BELOW.
 ALL SHEETS MUST SHOW CONSISTENT, CODE COMPLIANT,
 ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 A. SHEET A3.100 (NORTH ELEVATION) SHOWS CONFLICTING
 WESTERN SETBACKS AT LEVEL 2 AND 5. THE LEVEL 2 SETBACK
 DIMENSION DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE VARIANCE GRANTED BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 13-19.
 B. SHEET A3.102 (WEST AND EAST ELEVATIONS) SHOWS
 AMENITY FLOORS 2 AND 3 SETBACKS NOT COMPLYING WITH THE
 VARIANCE GRANTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 13-19.
 C. SHEET A3.102 (WEST ELEVATION) SHOWS THE GROUND FLOOR
 SETBACK NOT COMPLYING WITH THE VARIANCE GRANTED BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 13-19.
  
 7) THE FOLLOWING ITEMS REQUIRE REVIEW AS SEPARATE
 PERMITS WITH PLANS:
  
 A. THE WALLS, FENCES, GATES AND COLUMNS
 B. HARDSCAPE, INCLUDING PAVERS, ARTIFICIAL TURF, DOG
 PARK ITEMS, BENCHES/PLAZA AREA, ETC.
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. IRRIGATION
 E. GENERATOR
 F. WATER FEATURES
 G. PARKING STRIPING
 H. SITE LIGHTING, INCLUDING BOLLARDS, NOTE: SINCE
 ACACIA ROAD IS A SEPARATE PARCEL, IT REQUIRES ITS OWN
 PERMIT FOR THE LIGHTING, BUT MAY BE INCLUDED ON ONE SET
 OF PLANS FOR BOTH PERMIT NUMBERS. PHOTOMETRIC PLANS ARE
 REQUIRED WITH THE PERMITS.
 I. BICYCLE RACKS, INCLUDES WITHIN THE BICYCLE STORAGE
 ROOM.
