 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE PLAT REQUIRED PRIOR TO BUILDING PERMIT BY
 RESOLUTION NO. 13-19 HAS NOT BEEN RECORDED.
  
 2) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 13-19, PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT ALL SURFACES OF THE BUILDING'S
 EXTERIOR FACADE, TO INCLUDE GLAZING, ARE DESIGNED OR
 TREATED TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACTS OF GLARE AND REFLECTION
 OF HIGH INTENSITY LIGHT FROM THE BUILDING'S FACADE ONTO
 SURROUNDING PROPERTIES.
  
 3) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RESOLUTION NO. 13-19, PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT THE DEVELOPER HAS CONTRACTED WITH AN
 INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL THAT IS ACCREDITED IN THE
 SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION BEING UTILIZED TO MEET THIS
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATION TO ACT AS A GREEN DEVELOPMENT
 REVIEW AGENT TO ENSURE THAT THE BUILDING WILL BE
 CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CERTIFICATION PLAN
 THAT ACHIEVES TO A MINIMUM LEED SILVER LEVEL, OR
 EQUIVALENT GREEN BUILDING STANDARD.
  
 4) PROVIDE AN FAA EXTENSION LETTER FOR THE BUILDING.
 THE LETTER THAT STAFF HAS ON FILE EXPIRED IN JANUARY
 2022.
  
 5) SHEET 00.200 REFERENCES SAUNA SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE
 ROOF LEVEL. ROOFTOP SAUNAS ARE CONSIDERED AMENITIES AND
 ARE NOT PERMITTED TO EXCEED THE HEIGHT OF THE ROOF DECK
 (300 FEET). ALL SAUNA REFERENCES AND FACILITIES MUST BE
 REMOVED FROM THE ENTIRE PLAN SET.
  
 6) THE SURVEY PROVIDED A S-1-00 IS NOT THE LATEST
 SURVEY THAT WAS SUBMITTED WITH THE FOUNDATION PERMIT.
 THE LATEST, ACCURATE SURVEY IS REQUIRED TO BE INCLUDED
 WITH THE PLANS.
  
 7) THE CIVIL PLANS ARE NOT THE LATEST VERSION THAT WAS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE RECENT FOUNDATION PERMIT
 RESUBMITTAL. ALL PERMITS NEED TO INCLUDE THE SAME
 LATEST, ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 8) THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT SHOW THE WEST SETBACK DIMENSION
 OF 5 FEET 6 INCHES FOR THE GENERATOR PIT, WHICH WAS
 ALSO REFLECTED ON THE RECENT FOUNDATION PERMIT. THIS
 PERMIT SHOWS A 5 FOOT 3 INCH WEST SETBACK. ALL PERMITS
 NEED TO INCLUDE THE SAME LATEST, ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 9) SHEET A1.1B1 IS NOT THE LATEST VERSION OF THIS PLAN
 SUBMITTED WITH THE RECENT FOUNDATION PERMIT
 RESUBMITTAL. ALL PERMITS NEED TO INCLUDE THE SAME
 LATEST, ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 10) THE GROUND LEVEL BUILDING PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE
 VERSION SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE FOUNDATION PERMIT NOR
 OF THE PLANS APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT. ALL PERMITS NEED TO INCLUDE THE
 SAME LATEST, ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 11) PROVIDE THE SETBACKS FROM THE FACE OF GLASS TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE FOR EACH FLOOR PLAN. THIS WAS SHOWN ON
 THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PLAN.
  
 12) THE ELEVATION DRAWINGS DO NOT MATCH THE ONES
 APPROVED AS PART OF THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT. ALL PERMITS NEED TO INCLUDE THE SAME LATEST,
 ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 13) THE BASEMENT PARKING ELECTRIC PLANS DO NOT MATCH
 THE VERSION SUBMITTED AS PART OF THE FOUNDATION PERMIT,
 SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO THE PRE-WIRING OF THE PARKING
 FOR EV. ALL PERMITS NEED TO INCLUDE THE SAME LATEST,
 ACCURATE PLANS.
  
 14) THE FOLLOWING ITEMS REQUIRE REVIEW AS SEPARATE
 PERMITS WITH PLANS:
  
 A. THE WALLS, FENCES, GATES AND COLUMNS
 B. HARDSCAPE, INCLUDING PAVERS, ARTIFICIAL TURF, DOG
 PARK ITEMS, BENCHES/PLAZA AREA, ETC.
 C. LANDSCAPE
 D. IRRIGATION
 E. GENERATOR
 F. WATER FEATURES
 G. PARKING STRIPING
 H. SITE LIGHTING, INCLUDING BOLLARDS, NOTE: SINCE
 ACACIA ROAD IS A SEPARATE PARCEL, IT REQUIRES ITS OWN
 PERMIT FOR THE LIGHTING, BUT MAY BE INCLUDED ON ONE SET
 OF PLANS FOR BOTH PERMIT NUMBERS. PHOTOMETRIC PLANS ARE
 REQUIRED WITH THE PERMITS.
 I. BICYCLE RACKS, INCLUDES WITHIN THE BICYCLE STORAGE
 ROOM.
