 DOOR ASSEMBLY SHALL COMPLY WITH THE SMOKE AND DRAFT
 CONTROL DOOR ASSEMBLY REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 716.5.3.1, AND BE TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH UL 1784
 WITHOUT AN ARTIFICIAL BOTTOM SEAL.
  
 2) EXIT ACCESS DOORS FROM THE 2ND FLOOR POOL DECK
 SHOULD SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS FBC 1010.1.2.1

 DECKING WITHOUT INTERVENING AIRSPACE SHALL BE ALLOWED
 TO HAVE A FLAME SPREAD INDEX OF NOT MORE THAN 200. SEE
 803.1.1, PROVIDE TEST DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E 84
 OR UL 723. (DO NOT NEED THIS REPORT IF THE PADDING IS
 ATTACHED TO THE FLOORING)
  
 12) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE (FRONT PAGES AND THE
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS) MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, EXTERIOR
 DOORS, ROOFING SYSTEMS, EXTERIOR LOUVERS, EXTERIOR
 CLADDING - ETC. - ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS NEED TO BE
 REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE BUILDING DESIGNER
 OF RECORD FBC WPB 107.3.4
  
 13) ITEMS SUCH AS WINDOW, DOOR AND ROOFING PRODUCT
 APPROVALS, FLOORING/UNDERLAYMENT ACOUSTICAL TEST
 REPORTS - ETC. MAY BE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS BY LISTING
 ITEMS TO BE DEFERRED ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS -
 107.3.4.1 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. DOCUMENTS FOR
 DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE
 WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD THEM TO THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE
 IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING.
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED
 UNTIL THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN
 APPROVED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 14) A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR - EXISTING
 BUILDING DEMO., SITE PAVING, SITE WALKWAYS, SITE
 LIGHTING, WATER FALLS, FENCING, SIGNS ETC..
  
 15) TO VERIFY THAT THE BUILDING IS NOT IN A FLOOD ZONE
 - PLEASE SHOW THE BUILDING FOOT PRINT (B1 AND B2) ON A
 DRAWING WITH THE FLOOD ZONE - SUCH AS DRAWING C5.00
