 NOTE - A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW COULD NOT BE DONE AT THIS
 TIME, AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR THE NEW RESTROOM OF
 THE INSTALLATION OF FIXTURES (TOILET, SHOWER, LAV)
 SHALL CONFORM TO THE 2020 FBC R 2705.1 GENERAL.
  
 2. THE ISOMERIC DRAWING IS HARD TO READ UNDERSTAND THE
 LOCATION OR DIRECTION OF CONNECTION POINT IN REFERENCE
 TO THE DRAINAGE TO THE OUTSIDE OF HOUSE WHICH CONNECT
 TO THE BUILDING SEWER, PLEASE SHOW CLEANOUT OUTSIDE
 BUILDING PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC.

 3. PLEASE PROVIDE A PLUMBING ISOMETRIC RISER DIAGRAM
 FOR WATER PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC.

 4. THE KITCHEN VENT SHOWS A DRY VENT AND NOT REQUIRED.
 THE VENT IS NOT WASHED BY WATER AND IT MAY CAUSE RODENT
 OR LEAFS TO SADDLE AT THE BASE OF THE STACK. WE SUGGEST
 TO ELIMINATE IT TO PREVENT STOPPAGE.
  
 5. THE ISOMETRIC DRAWN HAS A DIFFERENT SIGNATURE FROM
 THE PLUMBING APPLICATION SO PLEASE HAVE A SIGNATURE ON
 THE ISOMETRIC DRAWING OF THE PERSON DESIGNING THE
 SYSTEM, NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE 61G15-23.001, FLORIDA STATUTE 471 PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.1 GENERAL.
  
 6. THE CLAIMED VALUE APPEARS TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON
 THE APPLICATION, PLEASE PROVIDE A BONA FIDE SIGNED
 CONTRACT PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 109.3
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF IN THE OPINION OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY
 ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING
 LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD, AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. THE FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE
 SET BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS, PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY NECESSARY PAGES.
 A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP EXPEDITE YOUR
