 NEW COMMENTS BASED ON INFORMATION SUBMITTED:
 8- NEW DRAWINGS A-2, A-3 AND P-1 WERE SUBMITTED. THE
 ORIGINAL SCOPE OF WORK FOR THIS PERMIT WAS FOR THE
 EXTENSION OF THE GARAGE. THE NEW DRAWINGS SHOW A NEW
 BEDROOM AND A NEW BATHROOM ADDITION. IT IS NOT CLEAR
 WHERE THIS ADDITION WILL TAKE PLACE. NEED TO PROVIDE
 COMPLETE SET OF DRAWINGS SHOWING THE ENTIRE HOUSE
 LAYOUT AND THE PROPOSED ADDITION. PROPOSED ADDITION
 WILL NEED ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, ROOFING,
 ZONING AND IMPACT FEES REVIEWS. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT
 A)PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING HOW COMPLYING WITH THE
 NEW 2020 CODE REQUIREMENT FOR ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT.

 NOTE: CLEARLY SPECIFY WHICH METHOD OF SEC. R905.1.1.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL IS GOING TO BE USED. AND PROVIDE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL AS REQUIRED BY F.A.C. 61G20-3.001
  
 10- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY FAC
 61G1520.3001 FOR (NEW PRODUCT APPROVAL TO BE
 REVIEWED/APPROVED BY ARCHITECT PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):

 LOW. VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS,
 CONTRACTOR'S OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS. UPDATE VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS,
 INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
