 PRESSURES ARE ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEEDS OR NOMINAL

 D)BUILDING CLASSIFICATION IS INCORRECT. TYPE IIIB
 CONSTRUCTION REQUIRES 2 HOUR FIRE RATED WALLS.
 TYPICALLY, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCES DON'T HAVE 2 HOUR
 FIRE RATED WALLS. REVISE AS REQUIRED OR PROVIDE
 DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THAT EXISTING HOUSE AND PROPOSED
 WALLS HAVE 2 HOUR FIRE RATED BEARING WALLS.

 B)TYPICAL WALL SECTION: THERE ARE NOT SPECIFICATIONS
 FOR THE NEW BOND BEAM. CLARIFY WHY NOTES ON WALL
 SECTION SPECIFIES EXISTING DOUBLE BEAM IF THIS IS A NEW
 WALL? SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C)THERE ARE NO SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE VERTICAL
 REINFORCEMENT ON CONCRETE FILLED COLUMNS. PROVIDE
