 1) THE MEZZANINE AREA ADDS SQUARE FOOTAGE TO THE
 BUILDING AND THUS MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE
 CITYPLACE DRI SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOCATION TABLE. YOU MUST
 PROVIDE THE GROSS SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE MEZZANINE.
  
 2) THE CITYPLACE DRI REQUIRES THAT ALL ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW
 THROUGH ANY COMBINATION OF WALLS AND EQUIPMENT
 LOCATION.
  
 A. PROVIDE THE TOTAL HEIGHT OF THE EQUIPMENT ABOVE THE
 ROOF DECK, THIS INCLUDES THE BASE RACK/CURB.
  
 B. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM THE NEW ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT TO
 THE EDGE OF THE ROOF AND DETAIL THE HEIGHT AND LOCATION
 OF ANY PARAPETS OR WALLS USED TO SCREEN THE PROPOSED
 EQUIPMENT.
  
 C. IF THE EXISTING PARAPETS ARE NOT TALLER THAN THE NEW
 EQUIPMENT, PROVIDE SIGHT LINE OR ELEVATION DRAWING TO
 VERIFY THAT THE PARAPET HEIGHTS SCREEN THE FULL HEIGHT
 OF THE NEW ROOFTOP EQUIPMENT.
