 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. THE POOL PLAN SHOWING THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS IS
 NOT LEGIBLE. PLEASE PROVIDE A PLAN THAT CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY ALL ELEMENTS OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 3. THE PLAN MENTIONS WHAT APPEARS TO BE ARTIFICIAL TURF
 PROPOSED IN THE SIDES AND REAR OF THE PROPERTY.
 PURSUANT TO THE CITY?S ZLDRS A SEPARATE PERMIT SHALL BE
 OBTAINED. PLEASE SUBMIT A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE
 ARTIFICIAL TURF, WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION, TO
 THE CITY?S BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 4. THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO THE POOL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 5. THE SETBACKS FROM ALL PROPERTY LINES TO THE WATERS
 EDGE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 6. THE SETBACKS FROM ALL PROPERTY LINES TO THE POOL
 DECK SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 7. POOL SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A PERMANENT FENCE OR
 SIMILAR STRUCTURE WHICH IS INSTALLED TO OBSTRUCT ACCESS
 BY PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNERS OR OCCUPANTS OF THE
 RESIDENCE WITHIN WHICH A SWIMMING POOL IS LOCATED
 (?BABY FENCE? DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT). BARRIERS
 OR FENCES SHALL BE AT LEAST 4 FEET IN HEIGHT ABOVE
 GRADE. ACCESS TO AN ACCESSORY SWIMMING POOL MUST BE
 THROUGH A BUILDING OR THROUGH A SELF-CLOSING AND
 SELF-LATCHING GATE OR THROUGH A SCREEN ENCLOSURE DOOR
 WITH LATCHES PLACED AT LEAST 54 INCHES ABOVE BOTTOM OF
 GATE. PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE
 FENCE; AND A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
