 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) ALTHOUGH PROVIDED IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR, PLEASE
 PROVIDE BUILDING SETBACK DIMENSIONS IN THE SITE PLAN TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZLDRS AND CONSISTENCY
 WITH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE TABULAR.
  
 2.) PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT PAD (FOR GENERATOR AND A/C
 COMPRESSOR UNITS) TO THE PROPERTY LINE(S). PLEASE NOTE
 THAT PER ZLDR S.94-305(B)(4), THE PAD CANNOT PROJECT
 MORE THAN 4 FT. INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK. THE DIMENSIONS
 ARE REQUIRED TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE.
  
 3.) PROVIDE CALCULATIONS IN THE SITE PLAN THAT
 DEMONSTRATES THAT THERE IS A MINIMUM OF 1,000 SQ. FT.
 OF LANDSCAPED AREA WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK
 (AREA WITHIN THE FIRST 25 FT. OF 54TH STREET). [ZLDR
 S.94-442(C)(2)]
  
 4.) DRIVEWAY SHALL BE SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 3 FT. FROM
 THE REAR AND CORNER SIDE PROPERTY LINE. [ZLDR
 S.94-482(D)]
  
 5.) DRIVEWAY CANNOT EXCEED 20 FT. IN WIDTH AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS TO DEMONSTATE
 COMPLIANCE. [ZLDR S.94-312(1)]
  
 6.) A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
