 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA

 BEING TAKEN AT 300 AS AN OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR. IN
 REVIEWING THE 2020 FBC-B TABLE 1004.5 COMMERCIAL
 KITCHENS ARE TAKEN AT 200 OCCUPANT LOAD FACTORS. FOR
 ALL AREAS LISTED ABOVE THE OCCUPANCY SHOULD BE TAKEN AS
 A F-1 OCCUPANCY SINCE IT IS FOOD PROCESSING
 ESTABLISHMENT & COMMERCIAL NOT ASSOCIATED WITH A
 RESTAURANT OR CAFETERIA AND IS OVER 2,500 SQ. FT. THE
 LISTED AREAS ABOVE TOTAL TO 3,675 SQ. FT. SEE SECTION

 2) SHEET B-101 LEVEL 1- LIFE SAFETY PLAN. THE LIFE
 SAFETY PLAN ONLY SHOWS ONE EXIT DOOR 119 WITH EXIT
 LIGHT AND NO OCCUPANT LOAD GOING THROUGH THE DOOR. WITH
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD GIVEN 156 THERE WILL BE 2 MEANS OF
 EGRESS REQUIRED. THE REQUIRED 2 EGRESS DOORS MUST BE
 1/3RD THE OVERALL DIAGONAL DISTANCE OF THE TENANT SPACE
 APART. THE ENTRANCE DOOR 118 IS TO CLOSE TO BE COUNTED
 AS ONE OF THE EXITS. JUST IN FRONT OF THE OFFICE # 120
 THERE APPEARS TO BE A 2ND MEANS OF EGRESS BUT THERE IS
