 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE

 THE SCOPE OF WORK REQUIRES THE ELIMINATION OF THE
 EXISTING FREESTANDING SIGN STRUCTURE. AS A RESULT, THE
 FOLLOWING INFORMATION SHALL BE REQUIRED:
  
 1.) UPDATED, SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2.) PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE EXACT LOCATION OF
 THE PROPOSED SIGN STRUCTURE AND SETBACK DIMENSIONS TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE. IF THE LOCATION OF THE SIGNAGE HAS
 CHANGED, A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE HOLIDAY INN OFFICE
 COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (OCPD) WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 3.) MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED FREESTANDING SIGN
 CANNOT EXCEED 10 FT. THE PROPOSED SIGN IS 14 FT. TALL
 WHICH EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE HEIGHT. [ZLDR
