 THIS IS OVER ONE HALF ($386,668.00) OF THE VALUE OF THE
 BUILDING ON THIS LOT THIS MAKES THIS PERMIT A
 SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT AND WILL NEED TO COMPLY WITH

 M-4 SHEET SHOWS A BAR JOIST METAL DECKING AND METAL
 CURB.
 THE M-4 SHEET ALSO SHOWS ANCHORING OF THE CURB TO THE
 ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS (BAR JOIST) WHERE AS THE WOOD
 BUILT UP CURB ON SHEET A601 DOES NOT INDICATE HOW THE
 CURB IS TO BE ANCHORED TO THE ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS OR
 THE RTU UNIT TO THE CURB. DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AS WELL
 AS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
