 DOLLARS IN VALUE. THE DECLARED VALUE OF THIS PERMIT
 ALONE IS $450,000.00 DOLLARS IN VALUE.
 THIS IS OVER ONE HALF ($386,668.00) OF THE VALUE OF THE
 BUILDING ON THIS LOT THIS MAKES THIS PERMIT A

 THE SIDEWALL IS LESS THAN 10 FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE
 PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 1028.4.2 AND 1028.4.1 OF THE 2020

 INDICATES THE TOTAL DINING ROOM SEATING OF 143
 OCCUPANTS AND 4 ACCESSIBLE SEATS. THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 226.1 WHERE DINING
 SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR
 DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT (143 X 0.05%= 7.15 OR 8
 SEATS) OF THE SEATING SPACES AND STANDING SPACES AT THE
 DINING SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.

 GIVEN NOR IS WHERE AND HOW END SPLICES ARE TO BE

 11) THERE IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE TYPE OF ROOF TOP CURB
 IN THE PLANS. SHEET A601 SHOWS WOOD FRAMING ROOF SYSTEM
 AND WOOD JOBSITE CURB BUILT. THE M-4 SHEET SHOWS A BAR
 JOIST METAL DECKING AND METAL CURB.
 THE M-4 SHEET ALSO SHOWS ANCHORING OF THE CURB TO THE
 ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS (BAR JOIST) WHERE AS THE WOOD
 BUILT UP CURB ON SHEET A601 DOES NOT INDICATE HOW THE
 CURB IS TO BE ANCHORED TO THE ROOF FRAMING MEMBERS OR
 THE RTU UNIT TO THE CURB. DISCREPANCY IN PLANS AS WELL
 AS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
 FOR ALL ROOF TOP EQUIPMENT, CURBS, FANS OR A/C STANDS,
 AND OR VENTS, DETAILED ATTACHMENT TO THE ROOF FRAMING &
 DECK AS WELL AS FROM THE CURB OR ROOF STAND TO THE

 2020 FBC-B 1604.4 ANALYSIS. LOAD EFFECTS ON STRUCTURAL
 MEMBERS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY
