 THERE IS NO SUCH OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IN THE
 BUILDING CODE. THIS SPACE WAS PREVIOUSLY CLASIFIED AS
 AN A-2 OCCCUPANCY ACORDING TO CITY RECORDS. SEC.
 303.1.1 OF THE FBC-BUILDING STATES A BUILDING OR TENANT
 SPACE USED FOR ASSEMBLY PURPOSES WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD
 OF LESS THAN 50 PERSONS SHALL BE CLASSIFIED AS A GROUP
 "B" OCUPANCY.CLARIFY.
 2) SHT. S-1 HAS THE OCUPANT LOAD OF THIS SPACE AS 32
 PERSONS. IF THIS OCCUPANT LOAD IS CORRECT, THEN TWO
 SEPARATE TOILET ROOMS ARE REQUIRED PER
 FBC-PLUMBING-TABLE 403.1 AND SEC. 403.2.
 3) THE DOOR TO THE ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOM CANNOT SWING
 INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR THE LAVATORY.FBC-ACCESS.
 SEC.603.2.3. (SEE EXCEPTION #2). THE PREVIOUS PLANS ON
 FILE SHOW THE DOOR WINGING OUT.CLARIFY.
 4) SHOW THE FIXTURE CLEARANCES OF THE TOILET FIXTURES

 5) THE WALL FINISH AROUND THE MOP SINK SHALL COMPLY
 WITH FBC-BUILDING SEC. 1210.2.2.
 6) SHT. S-1 -SHOW THE REQUIRED CLEAR FLOOR SPACES FOR
 THE HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE PLUMBING FIXTURES ON THE
 PLAN AND SHOW THE DIMENSIONS OF THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACES
 ON THE PLANS. COMPLY WITH FBC - ACCESS. SECS.604.3..1,

 CITY SHOW THE GREASE INTERCEPTOR AS A 100 GPM UNIT BUT
 THE EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE ON SHT. S-2 SHOWS THE GREASE
 INTERCCEPTOR AS 1250 GALLONS. CLARIFY.
 12) INDIATE THE CLASSIFICATION OF WORK ON THE PLANS PER
 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING SEC.601.1. ALSO, INDICATE THE
 COMPLIANCE METHOD PER FBC-EXISTING SEC.301.3.
 13) IT APPEARS THAT A HAND SINK HAS BEEN REMOVED AND
 THE SERVICE SINK RELOCATED BASED ON PLANS FROM THE
 PREVIOUS OCCUPANCY. SUBMIT A WATER AND SANITARY RISER
 DIAGRAM TO SHOW THE CHANGES TO THE SANITARY SYSTEM.
