 1) REPEAT COMMENT: PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE LOCATION OF
 THE PROPOSED WALL WHICH SHOWS ALL EASEMENTS. THE CIVIL
 PLAN DOES NOT SUBSTITUTE FOR A SURVEY. NOTE: IF THE
 SURVEY SHOWS THE WALL CROSSING EASEMENTS NOT SHOWN ON
 THE CIVIL PLAN, ADDITIONAL EASEMENT RELEASE RELEASES
 WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT: YOU MUST PROVIDE EASEMENT CONSENT
 FORMS FOR ANY EASEMENT HOLDERS WHERE THE WALL CROSSES
 AN EASEMENT. STATING ON THE PLANS THAT A REMOVABLE
 PANEL WILL BE IN THE EASEMENT AREA STILL REQUIRES THE
 CONSENT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE AT&T, FPU AND COMCAST
 CONSENT.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: RESOLUTION NO. 366-20 GRANTED A
 WAIVER TO PERMIT A SIX (6) FOOT TALL WALL WITHIN THE
 FRONT 25-FOOT SETBACK OF HAVERHILL ROAD, WHICH IS WHAT
 THE CIVIL PLANS SHOW. THE PRECAST SHOP DRAWINGS CALL
 OUT AN EIGHT (8) FOOT TALL WALL AND COLUMNS, WHICH IS
 ONLY PERMITTED IF IT IS FURTHER THAN 25 FEET FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE DECORATIVE CAPS MAY EXCEED THE SIX
 (6) FOOT HEIGHT BY 10 PERCENT. ALL DOCUMENTS NEED TO
 SHOW CONSISTENT CONDITIONS.
