 1. LIGHTING POLES ALONG ROSEMAY AVENUE SHALL MATCH THE
 DOUBLE HEAD POLES BEING INSTALLED BY THE CITY ON EAST
 SIDE OF ROSEMARY, AND THE POLES AND FIXTURES ALONG 2ND
 AND 3RD SHALL MATCH THE DMP CITY STANDARD. SPECS BEING
 PROVIDED TO APPLICANT.
 2. CONFIRM THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION IS MAINTAINED ACROSS
 THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE.
 3.PLEASE DISCUSS WITH ENG. DEPARTMENT THE POSIBILITY TO
 REGRADE ON-STREET PARKING TO DRAIN TOWARDS THE CENTER
 OR ROAD, AND RELOCATE THE GUTTER BETWEEN ON-STREET
 PARKING AND ROAD. THE GOAL IS TO ALLOW THE BULB OUTS AS
 A CONTINUOUS CURB.
 4. DOG PARK FENCE SHALL BE MAX 4 FEET IN HEIGHT WHEN
 ALONG STREET FRONTAGE.
 5. PRIVET TREES LOCATED NORTH OF THE SIDEWALK ON 2ND
 STREET SHALL BE REPLACED FOR LARGER SHADE TREES
 APROPRIATE FOR THE LOCATION.
 6. PARAPET WALL SHALL FULLY SCREEN ANY ROOF TOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
