 CORRECTIONS NEEDED -
 1) PALM BEACH COUNTY FLOOD ZONE MAP SHOWS THE PROPERTY
 IS IN A FLOOD ZONE AE12 - PLEASE PROVIDE AN UP DATED
 SURVEY BASED ON THE LATEST FIRM USING NAVD SHOWING THE
 PROPOSED BUILDING FOOT PRINT AND THE FLOOD ZONE
 DELINEATION LINES.
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE A SOIL REPORT (GEOTECHNICAL REPORT).
 3) PLEASE SHOW THE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM MIRROR
 DIMENSIONS FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR TO THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE TO COMPLY WITH FBC 603.3 MIRRORS.
 MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL
 BE INSTALLED WITH THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING
 SURFACE 40 INCHES (1015 MM) MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH
 FLOOR OR GROUND.
 4) PLEASE SHOW THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE TOILET REAR GRAB
 BAR FROM THE CENTER OF THE TOILET PER FBC 604.5.2 REAR
 WALL.
 THE REAR WALL GRAB BAR SHALL BE 36 INCHES (915 MM) LONG
 MINIMUM AND EXTEND FROM THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER
 CLOSET 12 INCHES (305 MM) MINIMUM ON ONE SIDE AND 24
 INCHES (610 MM) MINIMUM ON THE OTHER SIDE.
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLETE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE EXTERIOR WINDOWS, DOORS,
 LOUVERS AND ROOFING SYSTEM.
 6) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS, SHOP DRAWINGS NEED TO BE
 REVIEWED AND MARKED APPROVED BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 FBC WPB 107.3.4
 7) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE, PARKING LOT, SIGNS - PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE
 THIS.
