 1.) FENCE HEIGHT SHALL NOT EXCEED 4 FT. IN HEIGHT
 WITHIN THE AREA OF THE FIRST 5 FT. OF THE PROPERTY LINE
 AT FLAMINGO DRIVE AND BISCAYNE DRIVE (FRONT SETBACKS).
 PLEASE PROVIDE SETBACK DIMENSIONS IN THE PLANS TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). [ZLDR S.94-302(C.)(1)]

 FT. OF THE PROPERTY LINE AT FLAMINGO DRIVE AND BISCAYNE
 DRIVE (FRONT SETBACKS) AND MUST BE SHOWN IN THE PLANS
 (I.E. DIMENSION OUT THE SETBACK(S) IN THE SITE PLAN).]
  
  
 2.) THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TIED TO THE ADDRESS AT
 454 FLAMINGO DRIVE; HOWEVER, THE WALL LOCATION HAS BEEN
 MOVED TO THE 15 FT. WIDE PARCEL ADJACENT TO 454
 FLAMINGO DRIVE. THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED WORK MUST
 MATCH THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. THE APPLICANT MUST RESOLVE THE ISSUE BY
 UNIFYING THE PARCELS IF THE ADDRESS AT 454 FLAMINGO
 DRIVE IS TO BE UTILIZED. PLEASE ADDRESS.
  
  
 3.) ACCORDING TO THE SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY FOR THE
 15 FT. WIDE STRIP BETWEEN THE FEC AND 454 FLAMINGO
 DRIVE THERE IS A 2.5 FT. WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
 WITHIN THE STRIP THAT WILL IMPACT THE PROPOSED WALL
 LOCATION. EASEMENT CONSENT FROM THE FOLLOWING UTILITY
 PROVIDERS IS REQUIRED: CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH, FPL,
 FPU, COMCAST AND AT&T.
