 454 FLAMINGO DRIVE, OR IS IT SUPPOSED TO BE ON THE 15
 FT. WIDE PARCEL ADJACENT TO 454 FLAMINGO DRIVE AND THE
 RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY. THE PLAN/SURVEY PROVIDED FOR THE
 PERMIT AND SHOWING THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE WALL IS
 FOR THE PROPERTY AT 454 FLAMINGO DRIVE. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE PARCEL AT 454 FLAMINGO DRIVE IS NOT LOCATED
 ADJACENT TO THE RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND THEREFORE,
 THE HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED WALL IS LIMITED TO 8 FT. IN
