2021-06-11 12:40:53THE PERMIT HAS FAILED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON(S):
 1. REVISE ALL STREET FACING WINDOWS (INCLUDING 14) TO
 BE CLEAR. THE BATHROOM WINDOWS #6/7 MAY HAVE OBSCURED
 TEXTURED GLASS. NO WHITE INTERLAY.
 2. REVISE HORIZONTAL ROLLER WINDOWS TO HAVE A MATCHING
 PANEL CONFIGURATION. FOR SEVERAL WINDOWS THIS WILL BE
 AN XOX CONFIGURATION, EACH PANEL WITH 3 OR 4-LITES
 DEPENDING ON EXISTING WINDOW.
  
 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. CONFIRM
 CONDITIONS:
 1. ALL REPLACEMENT WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOW FRAME OPENING (X-AXIS AND Y-AXIS) AND
 MATCH THE LOCATION/DEPTH (Z-AXIS) OF THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOWS.
 2. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF MATCHING WIDTH AND PLACEMENT.
 3. ALL STREET OR SIDEWALK FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR.
 ALL NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR
 WITH LOW-E COATING. BATHROOMS WINDOWS #6 AND #7 MAY
 HAVE CLEAR GLASS WITH OBSCURED TEXTURED OR RAINDROP
 GLASS.
 4. STREET FACING WINDOWS (SOUTH AND EAST ELEVATIONS)
 SHALL NOT HAVE A SCREEN PLACED IN THE WINDOW (FROM AT
 LEAST MARCH TO DECEMBER).
