 2020 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET G0-04 CODE DATA:
 1A) THE INTERIOR TENANT LAYOUT CONCEPT IS THAT OF A
 MALL WITH A CENTER MALL AREA/ FOOD PLAZA OR FOOD COURT
 (SHEET A1-01).
 MEANS OF EGRESS SHOW OCCUPANCY TYPES A-2 AND MERCANTILE
 REQUIRING 2 EXITS, AND BUSINESS & S-2 OCCUPANCY WITH
 ONE REQUIRED EXIT. TENANT SPACE 3 AND 4 BOTH HAVE THERE
 ONE EXIT, EXITING INTO THE FOOD COURT AREA / FOOD
 PLAZA. THIS IS THREE SEPARATE TENANT AREAS. THE TENANTS
 IN SPACES 3 & 4 MUST TRAVEL THROUGH THE FOOD COURT
 WHICH IS NOT UNDER THEIR CONTROL. THE 2020 FBC-B
 SECTION 1016.2 EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING ROOMS:
 (2) EGRESS THROUGH ADJOINING ROOMS IS FOR USE WHEN THE
 AREAS SERVED ARE ACCESSORY TO ONE ANOTHER NOT DIFFERENT
 TENANT SPACES.
 (3) AN EXIT ACCESS SHALL NOT PASS THROUGH A ROOM THAT
 CAN BE LOCKED TO PREVENT EGRESS.
  
 1B) THE OTHER ISSUE IS STATING UNDER THE MEANS OF
 EGRESS S-2 & B OCCUPANCIES SEE LIFE SAFETY PLAN FOR
 OCCUPANT LOAD CALCULATIONS. THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN DOES
 NOT STATE FOR EACH TENANT SPACE A TENANT NUMBER OR
 OCCUPANCY TYPE. IT ISN?T UNTIL SHEET A1.01 THAT THE
 TENANT SPACES ARE GIVEN A NUMBERED SPACE. IT WOULD BE
 NICE TO SEE AT LEAST TENANT NUMBERS ON THE LIFE SAFETY
 SHEET. IT WOULD STILL BE UP IN THE AIR ABOUT OCCUPANCY
 TYPE. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) SHEET G1-01 LIFE SAFETY SHEET & A1.01:
 2A) DISCREPANCY IN PLANS THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET SHOWS
 WHAT APPEARS TO BE A LULA LIFT OR PLATFORM LIFT WITH
 ONLY ONE OPENING ON THE UPPER FLOOR WHEREAS SHEET A1.01
 SHOWS 2 OPENINGS, ONE AT THE LOWER LEVEL AND ONE ON THE
 OPPOSITE WALL AT THE HIGHER LEVEL. PROVIDE WHICH TYPE
 OF LIFT IS TO BE INSTALLED. 107.2.1.2 ADDITIONAL

 RECEIVING. THERE APPEARS TO BE STAIRS FROM THE LOWER
 LEVEL THAT LEAD UP TO WHAT APPEARS A GLASS WALL.

 2C) LANDING AT THE GARDEN CENTER/ RECEIVING. THE
 LANDING BETWEEN DOORS 01-A & 08-A, PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 DIMENSIONS OF THIS LANDING TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 304.3.1 OF THE 2020 FBC-ACCESS. CODE
  
 2D) THE LIFE SAFETY SHEET FOR THE FOOD COURT INDICATES
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 179 OCCUPANTS BUT THE PLAN DOES NOT
 SHOW THE TABLE AND CHAIRS NOR THE REQUIRED AISLE WIDTH
 SECTION 1029.9.1. MINIMUM AISLE WIDTH.
  
 2E) THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN STATES THERE IS 179 OCCUPANTS
 IN THE FOOD COURT AREA. THE FLOOR PLAN DOES NOT SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2020
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 226.1 WHERE DINING
 SURFACES ARE PROVIDED FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR
 DRINK, AT LEAST 5 PERCENT OF THE SEATING SPACES ( 9
 ACCESSIBLE SEATS) AND STANDING SPACES AT THE DINING
 SURFACES SHALL COMPLY WITH 902.
  
 2F) 226.2 DISPERSION. DINING SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 902 SHALL BE DISPERSED
 THROUGHOUT THE SPACE OR FACILITY CONTAINING DINING
 SURFACES AND WORK SURFACES.
  
 2G) 206.2.5 206.2.5 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS. IN
 RESTAURANTS AND CAFETERIAS, AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE SHALL
