 SCHEDULE FOR THE MEN'S, WOMEN'S AND FAMILY TOILET
 ROOMS, AND THE UTILITY ROOMS INDICATES NON-COMPLIANT
 PAINTED DRYWALL FOR FINISHED WALL SURROUND MATERIALS AT
 PLUMBING FIXTURE LOCATIONS INCLUDING THE MOP SINKS- SEE
 SECTION 310.3 FBC P AND SECTION 1210.2.2 FBC B AND
 PROVIDE A HARD, NON-ABSORBENT MATERIAL SUCH AS TILE.
 THE FINISH SCHEDULE INDICATES PAINTED DRYWALL AT THE
 MOP SINK IN UTILITY RM 1025.

 A) FAILED. PROVIDE DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 1106.1 FBC P. SHEET P2.3: THE CALCULATION
 TABLE INDICATES TOTAL 12616 SQ. FT. BUT THE SQUARE FOOT
 AREAS SHOWN ON THE PLAN ADD UP TO 10352 SQ. FT.
  
 B) FAILED. PROVIDE STORM DRAINAGE ISOMETRIC DRAWINGS
 FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ROOF DRAIN SYSTEMS. INDICATE
 THE SIZES OF THE HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL STORM DRAIN
 PIPES, THE GPM FLOW AT EACH ROOF DRAIN LOCATION, AND
 THE PIPE RUNS AND DISCHARGE LOCATIONS- TABLES 1106.2 &
 1106.3 FBC P. INDICATE HOW THE RAINWATER FROM THE ROOF
 WILL BE DRAINED AWAY FROM THE BUILDING TO AN APPROVED
 PLACE OF DISPOSAL- SECTION 1101.2 FBC P. SHEET P5.1:
 THE KEYNOTES #3 & #4 NEED TO EXCHANGE LOCATIONS ON THE
 DRAWING.
  
 C) FAILED. VERIFY THE ROOF IS DESIGNED IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION 1101.7 ROOF DESIGN.
 ROOFS SHALL BE DESIGNED FOR THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE DEPTH
 OF WATER THAT WILL POND THEREON AS DETERMINED BY THE
 RELATIVE LEVELS OF ROOF DECK AND OVERFLOW WEIRS,
 SCUPPERS, EDGES OR SERVICEABLE DRAINS IN COMBINATION
 WITH THE DEFLECTED STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS. IN DETERMINING
 THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE DEPTH OF WATER, ALL PRIMARY ROOF
 DRAINAGE MEANS SHALL BE ASSUMED TO BE BLOCKED. THE
 MAXIMUM POSSIBLE DEPTH OF WATER ON THE ROOF SHALL
 INCLUDE THE HEIGHT OF THE WATER REQUIRED ABOVE THE
 INLET OF THE SECONDARY ROOF DRAINAGE MEANS TO ACHIEVE
 THE REQUIRED FLOW RATE OF THE SECONDARY DRAINAGE MEANS
 TO ACCOMMODATE THE DESIGN RAINFALL RATE AS REQUIRED BY
 SECTION 1106. NOT PROVIDED.
  
 18) FAILED. P2.1, P4.1, P5.1 & K1.0: HAND SINKS 001,
 504, 505, 506, 507, & 508 SHALL NOT DRAIN INTO THE
 GREASE WASTE LINE AND INTERCEPTOR- SECTION 1003.3.1 FBC
 P. SHEET P5.1: HANDSINK 507 SHALL NOT DRAIN INTO THE
 GREASE WASTE LINE.
